Permacol® 2163 is a thin, not filled, 2-component epoxy casting resin which is solvent free. The 2163 is used to cast electrical connections and components, as protective layer for print boards or as dip material. This thin casting resin is used as an injection resin also, due to its excellent adhesion to metals, wood, glass and several rigid plastics.

Permacol 2177

Permacol® 2177 is a 2-component epoxy casting resin which is used to cast electrical connections and components, as protective layer on plastics or as dip material. This casting resin can be poured, is applicable in thin layers and usable in dosage installations.

2177 epoxy casting resin cure at room temperature. The 2177 is a neutral casting resin and therefore available in many different colours. This casting resin is especially suited to cast electronics, this product is electrically isolating. Due to its tough elastic properties Permacol® 2177 A/B is able to absorb differences of expanding, but at the same time sufficiently form settling, as it is a filled system.

Permacol 2520

Permacol® 2520 is a 2-component epoxy casting resin, free of solvents, with excellent heat conductivity.
This casting resin is used to cast electrical circuits and components, where heat is an issue. This casting resin bonds excellent to metals, wood, glass, en several rigid plastics.

Permacol 5133

PERMACOL 5133 A/B is a liquid polyurethane, universal 2-component construction adhesive / casting resin, which is solvent-free and may also be used as a casting resin, when high strength and adhesion is required. After mixing both components in the right ratio, the adhesive can be used for various plastics and for other materials such as concrete, wood, metal, P.S.- en P.U.-hard.
