Permacol introduces two new high-performance UV adhesives, Permacol 3530 and Permacol 3540, developed based on a completely new monomer. Thanks to this innovative chemistry, both adhesives offer exceptionally high bond strength, surpassing that of comparable capillary UV adhesives on the market. In addition, the products are CMR-free.

The new UV adhesives are designed for fast, clear, and extremely strong bonds across a wide range of materials. They perform particularly well on plastics such as PMMA, PC, PET, and ABS, but also adhere excellently to metals, glass, and various coated surfaces. Both products are capillary adhesives, allowing them to flow effortlessly into tightly fitting parts for neat and virtually invisible adhesive lines. Ideal for transparent components and precision assemblies.

Permacol 3530 cures to a tack-free surface and is perfect for indoor bonding applications. Permacol 3540 does not cure to a tack-free surface, but offers exceptional strength and, with a Tg of 70°C, is suitable for demanding (outdoor) applications.
