NEW REGULATIONS FOR TRAINING SAFE USE OF POLYURETHANE

As of August 24, 2023, a new European regulation will come into force. According to this rule, all professional users of polyurethane adhesives and casting resins must undergo safety training.

THE TRAINING

The association of polyurethane producers has set up an online training environment. It consists of an explanation and a series of questions. If this test is successfully completed, you will receive a certificate.
Various modules are available for specific applications of polyurethane. For users of our polyurethane products in small packages (tubes, double syringes, etc.) we recommend the following module:

Module 048: Professional Application of adhesives and sealants / Small packaging at ambient temperature (approximately 30 minutes)

For users of larger packages we recommend a more extensive training:

Module 045: General training (approximately one hour)

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS TRAINING?

Anyone who comes into contact with polyurethane adhesives or casting resins during their work.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS ?

The costs for the training are 5 euros per person. You can pay via iDeal

ALTERNATIVES

For many applications, alternative products are available for which this training is not mandatory. You can think of glues and casting resins on an epoxy or acrylic basis. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
