The PERMACOL 2555 is a 1-component alumina filled epoxy adhesive. This product exhibits good thermal conductivity combined with a high chemical and heat resistance. The low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of this product results in high bond strength of dissimilar substrates and materials with a low CTE.
