The PERMACOL 2177 A/B is a 2-component epoxy casting resin. This product is a tough elastic, which gives it the property to absorb a difference in expansion. A few of the applications in which this adhesive is used are casting electrical connections and components, as protective layer on plastics or as dip material.
This adhesive cures at room temperature, so full cure takes place at 20°C. The curing time will increase at temperatures below 20°C.
