The PERMACOL 2560 is a 2-component alumina filled epoxy potting resin. This product exhibits good thermal conductivity combined with a high chemical and heat resistance. The low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of this product results in high bond strength of dissimilar substrates and materials with a low CTE. Can be used as an alternative for Stycast 2850FT.
