Caravan - Roofs

Damage to caravan roofs can have various causes: hailstones, fallen branches, leakage due to water, and so on. Specifically for the repair of caravan roofs, Permacol offers the following adhesives that are very suitable for this.

For repair of aluminium roofs:

• Permacol 5138 A/B was specifically developed for bonding the aluminium roof. Easy to apply, more time to position the roof, and a thinner adhesive layer (better final strength, economical and lightweight). After both components are mixed, the adhesive can be used for aluminium sheet to aluminium sheet, aluminium sheet to sandwich panel and aluminium sheet to wood. Packaging: 1.2 kg set, 1.8 kg set, 3 kg set, 4.2 kg set, 5.4 kg set, 6.0 kg set and a 7.5 kg set.

For the repair of GRP roofs:

• Permacol 5142 A/B was specifically developed for bonding GRP roofs. It is a gap-filling thixotropic 2-component polyurethane adhesive with high initial (wet) tack. It contains no solvents. After both components are mixed, the adhesive can be used for bonding: GRP sheet to sandwich panel. Packaging: 7.05 kg set and 14.1 kg set.
